Paradise Beach

The food here was genuinely excellent — fresh, delicious and served surprisingly quickly after ordering. We enjoyed everything we ordered, and based on the food alone, I would happily come back again and again. Unfortunately, the ordering system and our experience at the cashier seriously affected our overall impression. There were, without exaggeration, around 50 people waiting in the queue to order. Since it was impossible for me to carry all the food and drinks for my family at once, I had already sent four bottles of water to our table with my son. When I told the cashier that I also needed to pay for those four waters, she insisted that she had to physically see them and said otherwise they could check the cameras and “you will be embarrassed.” I found this response unnecessarily confrontational, especially as I was actually trying to make sure that everything we had taken was paid for. With such a long queue, expecting one person to physically carry and present an entire family’s order at the cashier is simply not practical. There should be a better system for this. The frustrating part is that the food itself was really, really good. This place has great potential, and I would genuinely like to return. But the ordering system needs improvement and customer service should be given much greater priority.

Nice beach with a soft sandy entrance and clean water. The sea was a pleasant temperature, and the beach is spacious enough that we were always able to find a place to sit. We paid €20 for two sunbeds and one umbrella, which seemed reasonable. There are changing cabins, toilets, a restaurant with a good variety of food, and water sports available. We tried the jet ski (50€ for 15 minutes) and had a good time. The only downside was that there were no showers when we visited. Overall, it’s a nice beach to spend the day.

It was okay. The biggest highlight is definitely the location, the views are beautiful and the setting right by the beach is hard to beat. The restaurant is self-service, which is fine, but the staff came across as rather unfriendly and seemed irritated. Unfortunately, the food was a bit disappointing. The chicken gyros and souvlaki were served cold and were the least enjoyable we had during our stay. It’s a decent spot for a quick bite if you’re spending the day at the beach, you can also take it to go and eat at the beach. However, I definitely wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here. That said, the stunning view does make the experience more enjoyable.

only restaurant at paradise beach. furthermore really overpriced. i don‘t recommend the salads as they aren‘t freshly prepared, burgers and french fries are fine and fresh though, as well as the salmon bagel.

Horrible service, very chaotic.. only one cashier, and long waiting lines since morning. Sure they could triple sales if change and make more cashiers. Maybe there are personal issues, but at the end of the day, customers have priority. Too pity about location, whichi is fabulous!
