If u want special Service, u get it. i rent a fatbike 2 holidays now, 240km every time and this bike works perfectly. this bike is freedom on this lovely island. I want to give a huge thank you to the owners for such a wonderful experience! The customer service was incredibly warm, friendly, and genuine. We talked with the owners almost like we were family members — joking around, asking personal questions, and having really nice conversations. We always try to support local family-owned businesses instead of big chains, and we can honestly say that we made the 100% right choice by choosing this place. We rented two city bikes and a baby seat for our one-year-old. The baby seat was already installed and ready when we arrived to pick up the bikes, and we were also kindly given a baby helmet to borrow for free. The total price for two city bikes and the baby seat was only €13 for the whole day, and there was no strict return time — which made everything very easy and relaxed. Unfortunately, we had a small accident while cycling, we fell. When we told the owner what had happened, the very first thing he asked was whether we and the baby were okay. He wasn’t interested in whether anything had happened to the bike — his first concern was our safety. That really showed us what kind of people they are. The baby seat itself also proved to be excellent and very safe. Even though we fell over onto our side, our baby was completely fine and unharmed. The bikes were stylish, comfortable, and in very good condition, and there were plenty of easy roads around the area where it was pleasant to cycle. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kos, especially if you want to support a friendly local family business rather than a large chain. We would definitely rent from them again!

Michalis is a pleasure to deal with and offers a great service. The bikes are very cheap to rent but the quality is supreme. It's much cheaper than using the scooters that are all over the island and much more enjoyable. They easily last all day with just one battery.

I rented an electric bike for two days to explore the island, and it was one of the highlights of my trip. Michalis, the owner, delivered the bike directly to the resort where I was staying, which was incredibly convenient. During the two days, I cycled to Kos Town, Tigaki Beach, and the Thermae, and the e-bike made every journey easy and enjoyable. The bike was in excellent condition and very simple to use. A big plus was that Michalis speaks Dutch, so he was able to explain everything and give me helpful tips in my own language. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole rental process effortless. I would highly recommend Electric Wheelers to anyone visiting Kos who wants a fun and flexible way to explore the island!
