a month agoSardelles Kos – The place where you truly feel welcome! If you're looking for a restaurant on Kos where you immediately feel at home, look no further than Sardelles. After our visit last year, we couldn't wait to come back – and that says it all. A warm welcome, year after year What stands out most is how incredibly friendly and attentive the staff are. From the moment we walked in, we were recognised and greeted as if we were old friends. No cold reception, no distant service – just a warm, genuine welcome that instantly makes you feel like you're not a tourist, but a valued guest. In a popular holiday destination like Kos, that is anything but a given! Service that makes the difference The service is smooth, attentive and friendly – without being intrusive. You are well looked after, nothing is too much trouble, and questions are answered with a smile. Exactly as it should be. A little effort, a big gesture A little tip: try saying a word or two in Greek! A simple "kalimera" or "efcharistó" is enormously appreciated by the staff. You immediately see their eyes light up and their smiles grow even wider. It shows that you respect the local culture, and that is truly noticed and valued here. It only makes the connection with the staff even warmer. Fresh, delicious and generous portions The food is wonderful and of high quality. Everything tastes fresh – you can tell that it is cooked with care. The portions are well-sized: you never leave hungry, but it never feels excessive either. Perfectly balanced. Excellent value for money For what you get – top quality food, great service and a warm atmosphere – you pay a very fair price. You leave with a full and satisfied feeling, both in terms of your stomach and your wallet. In short: Sardelles is our go-to address on Kos. Year after year. You are not a number, not a passing tourist – you are a guest. And you feel that in everything. An absolute must for anyone staying on Kos. We will definitely be back! 🐟🇬🇷 A lot of love Peter and joyce (and parents)

8 months agoRecommended by our receptionist and glad we followed her recommendation! Traditional family restaurant serving fresh fish with a smile. Absolutely loved the interior! We ordered the stuffed squid 🦑 and it didn't disappoint. Served with grilled veggies and potatoes. Asked if they had some sweet wine and they offered me the sweet rosé farmed locally. Definitely recommend ☺️ we will definitely return 💙🤍
